For example, <strong>public colleges and universities<\/strong>, schools, courts, police departments, and public libraries must comply with Title II. institutions to ensure that their websites, mobile apps, and all digital educational content meet specific accessibility standards. <strong>Key video requirements<\/strong> under WCAG 2.1 include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pre-recorded video captions (1.2.2):<\/strong> All pre-recorded videos must include accurate, synchronized captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Audio-only transcripts (1.2.3):<\/strong> Text alternatives must be provided for all audio-only content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Live captions (1.2.4):<\/strong> Live audio content in synchronized media must include captions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Audio descriptions (1.2.5):<\/strong> Pre-recorded videos must include audio description
